Interns will be reporting directly to the MAH General Manager, the intern will be assisting the Secretariat in day-to-day operations & office administration, coordinating events, including planning and providing organisation and operations support in the development and execution of event project. Duties may include (but not limited to) administration, operations, financial planning, communication and marketing. Must work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of an event.
- Work closely with Executive in-charge to administer the planning and coordination of the Association's special activities and national/annual events including any other ad-hoc industry related events to meet the Association's objectives.
- To manage resources, suppliers, sponsors and associated organisations relevant to the running of Association's projects and events.
- To actively seek ways to secure sponsorship for all MAH events and forge relationship with MAH sponsors....
